****If you have more than 10 people in your group, you will have to make another submission. The max amount of people per name on the guest list is 10. For Example, Sally Thompson +5 females and +5 males. If you have 12 people, you will have to add another entry for Ivana Botnic +1 female.

The Foundation Room is one of the most sought-after venues in the city for the views from its stunning outdoor terrace, offering unrivaled views of the famous Las Vegas skyline. This expansive space is an oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city below. Whether you choose to lounge on one of the plush sofas, sip a handcrafted cocktail at the bar, or take in the breathtaking Sin City sights, the open-air terrace provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
What is the Music at Foundation Room?
If you want to hear a mix of Top 40s, Hip-Hop, and a bit of EDM, then the resident DJ at the Foundation Room will be a perfect match. We call this music Open-Format, but we will admit they lean more on the Hip Hop side, catering to the diverse crowd. We love that the music volume is not too loud, and you can actually have a conversation without straining to hear. Open Format music is Hip Hop, EDM Club tracks, Latin night tunes, and Top 40 tracks.

The Las Vegas Guest List Service
Vegas VIP Services has a direct contract with all the nightclubs in Las Vegas, and we offer our guest list service for free. We do not charge to put you on the list, but the club reserves the right to provide a no cover or a reduced cover charge to people on the list. Once you submit a form(link to VVS form), one of our team members will reach out via text, call, or email and send the day and club of choice rules. We are excited to work with you and look forward to making your Vegas vacation memorable. Other options to get into the Vegas clubs are the Las Vegas Party Pass or a bar card.

** Foundation Room requires an even ratio on the guest list on many nights, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies.
***On some days, the nightclub offers an open bar or drink ticket for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will be happy to set you up with that.
When there is a popular artist on Fridays and Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $30 to $50+ each, and ladies are usually $20-$30+ each. Get on the guestlist for:
- Ladies comp admission.
- Men comp or reduced.
- We recommend early arrival before 10 PM as they tend to close the guest list early.
- Hard cut-off for the list at 1 AM unless they close the list early
Foundation Room’s Insider's Guide
On prominent artist Saturdays, they don't care much about the guest list-goers. Management would rather have the ticket money, so get tickets and don't let a miserable, over-heated line dampen your trip. Vegas is pay-to-play on Saturdays, and it is worth it! If they do have a headlining artist or if it's a holiday weekend like Memorial Day, Labor Day, or a special event weekend like Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), expect a longer wait. You will need tickets.

Foundation Room Las Vegas is an upscale, sophisticated club. Ladies, please dress the part, and keep it classy – your heels must stay on your feet the entire evening or risk getting removed from the club. Gentlemen think upscale casual. Please, no shorts, gym shoes, athletic gear, or baggy clothing – dress shoes, jeans, and a designer shirt is appropriate. If you want to look good, suit up, and you will stand out in the crowd. Security for the Nightclubs
The nightclub entry screening process is taken very seriously in Las Vegas. It's like going through TSA at the airport, but WORSE!! It is so strict we felt compelled to compile a complete Las Vegas Security guide. Please make sure you read it before heading to a Las Vegas nightclub or Vegas pool party. They have full-on security at the door; they search hard and make you pass by a wand metal detector. Any drugs, including weed, are strictly prohibited, and they will kick you off the property if caught with them. Bonus Tip: Don't bring gum or vape pens with removable cartridges; security will make you toss them.
