***Because Vinyl Room is brand new, we don't yet have a confirmed guest list cutoff time. We'll update this page once we've run enough groups through to know the pattern.

****The max amount of people per name on the guest list is 10. If you have more than 10 people in your group, you will have to make another submission. For example, Mike Malone +5 males and +5 females. If you have 12 people, you will have to add another entry for Chris James +1 male.

Vinyl Room Guest List Guide for 2026

Viny Room opened August 8, 2026, on the 63rd floor of Mandalay Bay, taking over the space long held by the Foundation Room. Live Nation and MGM Resorts reimagined the room as a 1970s Japanese listening-lounge-inspired space, split across the 78 Lounge, 45 Dining Room, and the members-only 33 Room, all wrapped around the same panoramic Strip views the space has always been known for.

What is the Music at Vinyl Room?

DJs move through disco, funk, house, and hip-hop over the course of a night, and the vibe shifts from a relaxed dinner-hour soundtrack to a full nightlife set as the room fills in — a different format than the single-genre EDM megaclubs on the Strip.

The Las Vegas Guest List Service

Vegas VIP Services has a direct contract with all the nightclubs in Las Vegas, and we offer our guest list service for free. We do not charge to put you on the list, but the club reserves the right to provide a no cover or a reduced cover charge to people on the list. Once you submit a form, one of our team members will reach out via text, call, or email and send the day and club of choice rules. We are excited to work with you and look forward to making your Vegas vacation memorable. Other options to get into the Vegas clubs are the Las Vegas Party Pass or a bar card.

What is the Cost of the Vinyl Room Guest List?

**This Caesar’s Nightclub requires an even ratio on the guest list on many nights, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies.

***On some days, the nightclub offers an open bar or drink ticket for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will be happy to set you up with that. When there is a popular artist on Fridays and Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $30 to $50+ each, and ladies are usually $20-$30+ each. Get on the guestlist for:

• Ladies comp admission.
• Men comp or reduced.
• We recommend early arrival before 10 PM as they tend to close the guest list early.
• Hard cut-off for the list at 1 AM unless they close the list early

Vinyl Room's Insider's Guide

On prominent artist Saturdays, they don't care much about the guest list-goers. Management would rather have the ticket money, so get tickets and don't let a miserable, over-heated line dampen your trip. Vegas is pay-to-play on Saturdays, and it is worth it! If they do have a headlining artist or if it's a holiday weekend like Memorial Day, Labor Day , or a special event weekend like Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), expect a longer wait. You will need tickets.

What is The Vinyl Room Dress Code?

Vinyl Room hasn't published a venue-specific dress code yet, so standard upscale Las Vegas Strip nightlife guidance applies. Men should wear dress shoes, jeans or slacks, and a nice button-down or designer shirt — no athletic gear or baggy clothing. Women should plan for cocktail attire or dresses. Given the space's dinner-and-lounge format, leaning slightly more upscale than a typical late-night club is a good idea.

Security for the Las Vegas Nightclubs

Expect entry screening similar to other major Strip venues — metal detector wands and bag checks are standard, with no drugs, including weed, permitted inside. Leave large bags, vapes, and prohibited items at your hotel.
