Rain is the 25,000 square foot club located on the casino level of the Palms. Upon entering, club-goers pass through a tunnel of gold-mirrored mosaics with color changing lights and a thin fog. The dance floor is made from bamboo and is surrounded by a computer-programmed river of water. The lighting system enhances the incredible displays of water, fog, haze, fireballs, and pyrotechnics. The back of the dance floor features a 16-foot water wall that constantly changes color.

High above the cabana level are six sky boxes on the mezzanine/VIP level, each with a private balcony overlooking the dancefloor. The boxes feature custom environmental controls and the mezzanine/VIP level is accessible by a private elevator operated via a biometric thumbprint scanner. In the main club, the VIP area is comprised of eight "water booths" that feature leather banquettes filled with water.

Stylish nightlife attire required. No athletic wear, shorts, tennis shoes, baseball caps, or flip flops.
